We are pleased to offer a smoke free office and facility. We appreciate your consideration in this matter.
What are the payment terms?
To keep things simple, we use 1st of month billing. Rent payments are due on the 1st of each month. Payments received late are assessed late fees. You may move in anytime.
What is Pro-rated Payment?
Pro-Rated Payment is adjusted for partial months. This may apply when you lease storage in the middle of the month. It may also apply when you move out other than at month-end.
How can I make a payment?
We offer several options to make payment easy. Payment can be made in our office, placed in our drop box, paid online or by phone, or by mailing a check or money order.
